Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of customers: onboard and implement Ava, provide ongoing support and education, monitor account health to prevent churn, collaborate with Product and Support, maintain documentation and CRM records, track success metrics, and drive feature adoption and outreach.

As the third Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales process, conduct product demos, follow up on leads, and close sales efficiently.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist users in adopting AI technology, resolve customer issues, provide feedback to improve products, and enhance support processes.
