Supports delivery of corporate interior projects by coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, client communications, and commercial reporting. Contributes to fees, forecasting, invoicing, change orders, proposals, and project pursuits while developing expertise in BIM, digital delivery, and project management systems. The role offers a career pathway for architecture, interior design, or emerging project management professionals.

Work with the Advisory Services team to deliver data-driven workplace design solutions. Support project tasks including programming analysis, space planning, data collection (surveys, interviews, POE), data cleaning and analysis, client presentations, and collaboration with design teams. Assist with change management activities, documentation, and studio tasks while adhering to firm standards and hybrid working arrangements.

Support the Communications Manager with PR, social media content, website updates, awards submissions, internal communications, photography and image library management, speaking opportunity research, membership management, and marketing documentation to raise studio profile across London and Dublin.

Lead Portland’s strategic advisory offer: act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shape complex business and place challenges, convert opportunities into commercial outcomes, lead senior client engagements, and represent the firm through thought leadership and speaking to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
