Lead global engineering for a Java-based, in-memory real-time data platform. Define technical strategy, drive roadmap delivery, ensure system quality and resilience, steward open-source/commercial balance, grow a distributed engineering organization, and engage with customers and developer community to advance product and ecosystem.

Design, implement and evolve core components of a Java-based distributed runtime: cluster services, distributed data structures and execution engines.
