Leads infrastructure and software projects, supports Windows, macOS, and Linux users, manages collaboration hardware, documents processes, and drives continuous IT operations improvement.

Lead employee relations, HR operations, payroll liaison, and learning initiatives. Manage complex casework, ensure compliance, improve HR processes and data reporting, support talent development and employee engagement across the employee lifecycle.
