Ensures scalable solutions, quality deliverables, standardized processes, and alignment with enterprise technology objectives.

Leads multi-site LIMS rollouts and system integration projects involving SAP S/4HANA, MES, laboratory instruments, and interconnected IT landscapes. Manages project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and technical teams while ensuring end-to-end delivery. Proactively resolves issues and blockers, drives projects to completion, and applies IT project management, LIMS, system integration, and GxP documentation expertise within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry.
