The role partners with finance teams and external advisors, maintains balance sheet integrity, supports process improvements and automation, and contributes to finance transformation initiatives.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for payment and card-processing solutions. Conduct market research and data analysis, define requirements and user stories, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, oversee delivery and launches, track KPIs, and engage customers to iterate and optimise products—with emphasis on the South African market.

Lead and transform global post-onboarding client functions by unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations. Build an AI-enabled, data-driven model for proactive engagement, adoption, retention, automation, and self-service. Drive operational excellence, client health scoring, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and executive visibility into client outcomes and risks.
