Provides strategic legal guidance for fintech products involving payments, e-money, and consumer credit. Advises on product development, regulatory compliance, contractual matters, risk mitigation, and regulations including PSD2, AML/KYC, EMRs, and CCD2. Partners with technical teams and senior leadership to balance legal, regulatory, and commercial considerations. The role requires relocation to Luxembourg and follows a hybrid schedule with three office days per week.
