Diagnose and rebuild lead routing and attribution, implement AI-driven routing and dynamic nurture, administer marketing automation and lead handoff tools, partner with Growth/BDR/SDR and engineering, monitor system performance, resolve bugs, and act as subject-matter expert for tooling and vendor relationships.
