Supports live capital solutions transactions across debt advisory, equity placements, direct and secondary investments, and private equity fundraising. Responsibilities include financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, deal execution, marketing materials, investor tracking, origination support, and CRM maintenance. The role requires strong accounting, corporate finance, quantitative, communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with prior capital markets or private equity knowledge and LBO or DCF modeling experience preferred.

Supports financial restructuring, distressed M&A, debt and equity financings, special situations, and complex client negotiations. Works on deal teams with senior investment banking professionals, performing valuation analysis, financial modeling, and analytical work for creditor- and debtor-side restructuring transactions.
