Leads GSMA’s three-year corporate strategy and strategic roadmap, translating Board priorities, industry trends, organizational capabilities, and financial performance into measurable priorities. Runs the Strategy and Business Planning Cycle, aligning strategic planning with budgeting, operating plans, KPIs, and performance tracking. Engages executives and the Board through strategic analysis, papers, workshops, and decision support while coordinating cross-functional and regional execution, transformation initiatives, and organizational alignment.

Translates complex technical and regulatory issues into accessible insights and communications for operators, governments, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Builds relationships across multicultural teams and contributes to aligned policy priorities in a fast-moving international environment.

Manage operations for the Inclusive Digital Finance programme, including financial forecasting, procurement, programme planning, project governance, risk and dependency tracking, reporting, documentation, event logistics, travel approvals, and administrative coordination. The role supports cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams while improving operational tools, processes, and knowledge management.

Researches AI and emerging technologies for socioeconomic development, financial inclusion, and climate resilience in low- and middle-income countries. Defines research methodologies, analyzes technical and commercial architectures, produces reports and thought leadership, advises innovators, supports Innovation Fund grantees, and engages donors, operators, startups, governments, NGOs, and multilateral organizations. Translates technical findings into actionable investment, partnership, and capability-building recommendations.

Supports digital marketing across Mobile for Development programmes, creating and promoting blogs, reports, newsletters, social media assets and event communications. Coordinates webinars, suppliers, campaigns and content workflows across web, email and social channels. Monitors marketing performance through reporting and analytics while collaborating with programme teams, stakeholders and external suppliers. The role requires strong written communication, organisation, adaptability, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international, fast-paced environment.

Coordinate end-to-end creative workflows for the Brand & Creative team using Asana. Triage briefs, assign tasks, manage schedules and resources, identify risks, liaise with suppliers and freelancers, run production/status meetings, track POs/invoices, develop AI-enabled automations, and ensure final assets are distributed and filed correctly.
