As a Full Stack Engineer, you will handle the full development lifecycle, engage with stakeholders, and promote best practices in engineering.

Work with databases, background jobs, caching, messaging, cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing. Troubleshoot production and performance issues, participate in system design and code reviews, and collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, product, and client teams.

Designs and executes manual and automated tests for web, API, and backend applications. Develops reusable automation frameworks, regression suites, and test scripts using C#/.NET or Java. Tests REST APIs, integrations, databases, cloud applications, performance, and reliability. Collaborates with developers and product owners to investigate defects, participates in Agile ceremonies, integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines, documents results, and improves quality processes and practices.

Lead quality engineering and testing strategy across consultancy and client delivery teams. Drive automation, shift-left testing, continuous testing, and CI/CD integration while maintaining hands-on capability across functional, API, integration, acceptance, and end-to-end testing. Develop scalable automation frameworks, mentor QA and SDET engineers, manage QA priorities, advise stakeholders on quality risks, and continuously improve testing processes and practices.
