Provide first-line HR administration across the employee lifecycle using Workday: manage recruitment administration, new starters, leavers, employee changes, personnel files, and answer HR/benefits queries. Work closely with People Partnering and Science Operations to ensure compliant processes (including visa/right-to-work) and deliver high-quality customer service and record-keeping.

Provide paralegal support within the Legal & Governance team, assisting with legal operations projects, contract drafting and review, document and knowledge management, template and workflow development, legal research, and stakeholder-facing legal administration to improve processes and support day-to-day team activities.

Partner with senior leaders across science and operations to provide HR strategy, coaching, people analytics, and to drive initiatives (talent, succession, engagement). Lead and develop People Advisors, work with Centres of Excellence to implement people strategies, and translate HR policy and employment law into practical solutions across the Institute.
