Provides transaction-focused legal counsel to European investment teams on cross-border M&A, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate investments. Responsibilities include negotiating and structuring transactions, supporting portfolio companies and financings, managing legal risks, coordinating with internal functions and external counsel, and ensuring compliance with antitrust, foreign investment, governance, anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Provides end-user technology support across the London office and European locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving workstation, application, peripheral, collaboration tool, meeting room, and audiovisual issues; managing requests; installing and maintaining equipment; supporting onboarding and offboarding; documenting solutions; assisting technology deployments; and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners. The role also includes user education, proactive communication, escalation of critical incidents, and on-call support.
