The Analyst will provide technical support including troubleshooting, hardware and software installations, and AV operations in the Infrastructure Customer Experience team. Responsibilities include managing incidents through ServiceNow, maintaining a knowledge base, and ensuring technology adoption while supporting client interactions.

The Associate, Distressed Credit will analyze and execute new investment opportunities, assist with portfolio monitoring, and perform financial modelling and analysis, while presenting findings and insights to the investment team.
