Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Ireland and support international payroll (e.g., UK). Maintain payroll records, reconcile reports, resolve discrepancies, support audits, assist with system upgrades and process improvements, and respond to employee payroll queries.

Leads the Europe Compliance function, driving regional risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, regulatory change, investigations, training, and policy implementation. Advises senior regional leadership, oversees Local Compliance Officers and the Europe Compliance team, manages regulatory relationships, coordinates global compliance initiatives, and promotes ethics and integrity across European markets.
