Lead and grow an MLOps engineering team to productionise, deploy and operate scalable ML and AI products (batch and online), define MLOps tooling and processes, ensure observability and reliability, and partner across engineering, data and product to drive maintainable, impactful ML systems.

Design, build and deploy machine learning and AI solutions end-to-end: data exploration, feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, deployment, maintenance, and tooling to scale ML across products.

Monitor, triage and investigate security alerts; develop and tune Splunk detection rules; build automation and AI-driven workflows; perform threat hunting; administer and optimise SIEM; support vulnerability management, incident response and compliance activities; produce dashboards and documentation; participate in on-call rota.
