Support development and embedding of a Group Liquidity Planning & Analysis Framework. Produce cash flow forecasts, liquidity dashboards and reporting. Standardise methodologies, improve data quality and controls, provide liquidity insight for senior stakeholders, challenge divisional submissions, and maintain treasury processes and documentation.

Monitor and oversee asset allocation, exposures and flows across the matching portfolio. Lead and manage a portfolio of defined contribution (DC) client relationships, support Senior Client Directors on strategic accounts, drive client retention and growth, ensure high-quality reporting and operations, identify cross-sell opportunities, and embed best-practice portfolio management aligned with regulatory and market developments.

Support pensioner payroll operations by loading and reconciling scheme data, managing buy-in payments and true-up calculations, testing and documenting processes, maintaining audit trails and regulatory compliance, and liaising with internal teams and third parties to ensure accurate, timely, customer-focused service.
