The Staff Engineer will establish reusable API patterns and technical standards, resolve complex technical issues, shape engineering proposals, and align leadership and adjacent teams on technical direction. The role requires strong product leadership, commercial judgment, communication, coaching, and experience with complex B2B or B2B2C platforms.

Manages engineering teams of up to 10 people, guiding technical and product vision, talent development, performance, delivery, and operational excellence. Partners with clients, product managers, and client success teams to deliver platform solutions and drive technical roadmaps. Requires engineering management experience, strong communication, Agile and lean development knowledge, and familiarity with modern technologies including Kafka.
