Senior financial crime adviser providing second-line oversight and guidance for Corporate Functions. Responsible for AML/CTF/ABC/TEF/sanctions/fraud advisory, policy and standards maintenance, risk assessment, governance support, stakeholder engagement, training frameworks, and coordinating delivery of Group Financial Crime priorities.

Provide oversight of NAV processes and fund financial reporting for private markets funds. Validate outputs from third-party administrators, perform error and risk analysis, support remediation and regulatory reporting, advise on fund launches, integrations, restructurings and valuations, design NAV controls, and manage complex stakeholder and TPA relationships to strengthen controls and governance across fund accounting and reporting.

Manages relationships with current and prospective independent financial adviser firms for the M&G Wealth Platform. Identifies and converts new business opportunities, develops strategic partnerships, coordinates operational support, communicates pipeline progress, promotes platform adoption, and works with internal sales and adoption teams. The role requires financial advice market knowledge, consultative selling, relationship management, commercial acumen, presentation skills, and understanding of adviser platforms and back-office systems.

Senior leadership role to define and execute adviser engagement strategy for Sandringham's ~130 advisers. Build and escalate adviser relationships, drive inflows and net flow growth, identify new business opportunities, collaborate with internal stakeholders, leverage MI and CRM insights for performance reporting, ensure regulatory and governance adherence, and improve processes to enhance adviser experience and commercial performance.

Owns business development for the M&G Wealth Platform across UK adviser firms. Responsibilities include acquiring and onboarding firms, developing account plans, coordinating asset transitions, building senior stakeholder relationships, presenting the platform proposition, generating leads, supporting training and accreditation, and achieving asset-flow and sales targets.
