Serve as the operational SME for CFDs, Futures and Options on a D2C trading platform. Design and implement operational processes, controls and servicing models; build colleague capability and deliver training; identify risks and support incident reviews; handle complex customer and trading queries; collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Trading and Operations to embed scalable servicing as the proposition grows.
