Draft and negotiate complex technology and commercial contracts, manage multi-stakeholder, multi-jurisdictional matters, supervise junior lawyers, build client relationships, and support business development and market engagement.

Responsibilities include provisioning and auditing data site access, creating and organising data site folders, uploading and retrieving documents, scheduling and tracking deeds (using digital tracking systems), maintaining physical and offsite deed storage records, conducting audits, and general team administration. Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, and Products & Solutions to ensure compliance and efficient workflows.
