Manage day-to-day client relationships for venue and cultural accounts, coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams, maintain commercial documentation and budgets, track project progress and risks, support account growth and forecasting, and ensure timely execution of campaigns while driving operational improvements and adoption of AI/automation where appropriate.
