Support strategic finance projects, FP&A, financial automation, and corporate development. Build financial models, prepare investor materials, conduct market research, and assist fundraising and M&A diligence while partnering with senior leadership.

Lead institutional sales to originate and close high-value accounts, structure cross-border multi-entity solutions, develop pricing and commercial proposals, collaborate with product/treasury/engineering, and help scale the team and sales processes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and event-driven distributed systems (primarily in Go). Deliver end-to-end features, write design docs, review PRs, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to ensure reliability and quality.
