Monitors repair jobs, appointments, work statuses, and performance targets; updates IT systems and PDA records; communicates with tenants, maintenance workers, clients, and subcontractors; prepares quotes, correspondence, completion notes, and management reports; supports administrative tasks, meetings, training, and coordinator cover.
