Partners with Change, Communications, Readiness, and Training teams to align local needs with programme delivery, maintain feedback loops, and track escalated risks throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Lead business readiness activities for Haleon’s global SAP S/4HANA enterprise transformation. Coordinate change impact assessments, readiness plans, communications, training alignment, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, adoption tracking, and go-live preparation across markets and functions. Provide readiness reporting, insights, and decision support to programme leadership while embedding behavioral change and post-go-live reinforcement practices.
