Contact customers approaching the end of their PCP agreements to arrange or quote refinancing, make proactive outbound calls, liaise with dealerships, manage Staff/Friends & Family accounts and internal referrals, and ensure positive customer outcomes throughout the end-of-agreement customer journey.

The role involves supporting the delivery and optimization of automated customer communication campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders while ensuring brand consistency.
