Drive global adoption of AI tools and ways of working by managing an AI Ambassadors community, delivering training and communications, supporting user guidance (including Microsoft Copilot), tracking governance and use-case intake, monitoring adoption metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve AI practices and impact.

Support end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes by creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring supplier and coding accuracy, processing and matching invoices, resolving discrepancies, maintaining controls, onboarding vendors, handling P2P queries, and identifying process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
