Create partner programs, playbooks, certifications, campaigns, and joint business plans while collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Represent n8n at regional events, communicate partner insights internally, and improve global partner programs using performance data.

Own enterprise sales across Northern Europe, including pipeline generation, territory planning, discovery, technical evaluations, proposals, negotiations, and closing complex six- and seven-figure SaaS deals. Engage technical and executive stakeholders, use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC for qualification and forecasting, maintain Salesforce discipline, create mutual action plans, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success. Represent n8n at events and travel to customers as needed.

Serve as the technical anchor for scaled enterprise customers: run office hours and webinars, triage Slack, unblock integrations, build reusable playbooks/templates, create internal automations, identify technical health risks to drive retention, and relay product feedback to Product/Engineering. Focus on one-to-many enablement for developer-focused, self-hosted, and AI-driven workflows.

Lead and scale a global, AI-native Solutions Engineering organisation (~15 people). Set strategy, build playbooks for mid-market and enterprise motions, enable partners, coach leaders, influence product and GTM, and ensure repeatable, production-ready technical outcomes for complex enterprise customers.
