As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and maintain content for DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute’s official materials while collaborating with product management and marketing teams to align on product strategy and deliverables. You will also share expertise internally and externally, contributing to the success of the DevOps/Prince2/ITIL brand.

The PRINCE2 Subject Matter Expert will create, review, and maintain PRINCE2 content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as an internal expert for training, and manage a database of external SMEs for content contributions.

As an ITIL Subject Matter Expert, you will develop and maintain content for ITIL-related materials, ensuring alignment with product strategy and market needs. Your role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, training staff on ITIL, and managing external subject matter experts to enhance product offerings.
