Leads UK regulatory strategy, risk governance, and compliance operations for BJAK’s market entry and expansion. The role builds compliance frameworks, policies, controls, monitoring, testing, and reporting across AML, KYC, data privacy, consumer duty, distribution, and claims. It serves as the primary FCA contact, oversees consumer protection and product compliance, supports licensing and supervision, conducts risk assessments, manages remediation, and trains cross-functional teams. The position is expected to hold the SMF16 Compliance Oversight function once approved.

Lead UK compliance strategy and operations for BJAK’s digital insurance platform. Build regulatory frameworks, policies, controls, monitoring, testing, and reporting from scratch; oversee AML, KYC, data privacy, consumer duty, distribution, claims, product, marketing, pricing, complaints, and audit compliance. Act as the primary FCA contact, support licensing and market entry, advise cross-functional teams, conduct risk assessments, manage remediation, and deliver compliance training. The role is expected to hold the SMF16 Compliance Oversight function.

Build core web experiences across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets. Develop interactive features such as real-time messaging, collaborative editing, rich-text editing, scheduling, tables, and spreadsheets. Create reusable frontend architecture, integrate streaming AI capabilities, and ensure performance, reliability, responsiveness, and accessibility. Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams while independently owning features from technical design through production.

Own UK operational execution across customer service, administration, internal workflows, and office operations.
