Own and expand a portfolio of strategic B2B SaaS accounts, increasing revenue through group, regional, and product expansion. Develop account plans, build executive and cross-functional relationships, lead renewals and commercial negotiations, identify value-added service opportunities, and close contracts. The role also involves developing customer business cases, partnering with Product and Engineering on pilots, providing customer feedback for roadmap decisions, and maintaining accurate CRM forecasts and account activity.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for Whereby Embedded, including prospecting digital health and telehealth businesses, building pipeline, leading discovery, coordinating technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts, developing proposals, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals. The role also involves forecasting, CRM management, account planning, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve go-to-market strategy.
