Manages a portfolio of European clients using Worldly’s sustainability and ESG supply-chain platform. Responsibilities include consulting on data collection programs, monitoring performance, onboarding and training clients and supply-chain partners, coordinating with support and product teams, and improving customer outcomes. The role requires experience in customer success, fashion or consumer-goods supply chains, sustainability, SaaS environments, analytics, and complex project management. Occasional global travel and flexible working hours may be required.

Manage a book of named SaaS accounts to drive revenue and engagement through renewals, upsells, and forecasting. Serve as primary client contact, build deeper relationships, collaborate with Product and Partnerships, and help develop scalable account management processes.
