Manage and grow relationships with channel partners (MSPs, resellers, distributors) across UK & Europe to drive renewals, expansions, and partner-led new business. Own partner commercial execution, pipeline, forecasting, contract negotiations, and end-customer experience. Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) data to support forecasting and prioritization.
