HR Business Partner supporting a fast-growing wealth management organization through strategic workforce planning, acquisitions, integration, change, employee relations, engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational design. The role advises and challenges senior leaders, manages complex HR cases, supports regulated business requirements, and develops practical people solutions in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

Own and optimize the HR technology stack, including HiBob, Lever, and AI-powered HR tools. Responsibilities include system configuration, integrations, workflow automation, data quality, reporting, user support, module adoption, AI governance, documentation, and stakeholder management. The role will drive self-service, performance, compensation, survey, and employee lifecycle processes while partnering with HR, IT, Information Security, vendors, and business stakeholders across international operations.

Own and optimise the Group's finance systems (NetSuite, Embat, Pleo), support acquisition onboarding and consolidation, maintain integrations and data integrity, drive automation and reporting improvements, govern UAT and change releases, train users, and partner with Finance, IT and external suppliers to improve finance processes and reduce manual month-end effort.

Lead and operate Titan's total rewards function: maintain job grading and salary structures, run annual pay and bonus cycles, manage benchmarking, pay equity and reporting, oversee benefits and pensions, support global mobility, implement HiBob compensation module, and provide governance, regulatory compliance and reward reporting while line-managing a compensation specialist.

Manage an established client bank of approximately £40 million in assets under management. Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, tax planning, and retirement. Build long-term client relationships, identify referral and cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with investment and support teams, and maintain FCA compliance, suitability documentation, and Competent Adviser Status requirements.

Manage an established client bank of approximately £60 million across 110 households. Deliver holistic financial planning advice covering pensions, investments, protection, tax planning, and retirement. Maintain client relationships, identify referrals and cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure FCA-compliant advice and documentation. The role includes business development, governance responsibilities, and occasional attendance at the Truro office and local client meetings.
