Advise SMEs on corporate tax matters including structuring, M&A, restructurings, EIS/SEIS, EMI schemes, trusts, SDLT, VAT, international tax and transfer pricing. Manage HMRC objections/appeals, collaborate with Corporate/Employment/Leasing teams, mentor junior lawyers, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development through webinars and content.

3-5 PQE corporate lawyer to manage end-to-end corporate transactions (M&A, sales/purchases, shareholder agreements, capital raising, buy-backs, governance). Must manage high-volume workflows, engage directly with clients, provide practical commercial advice, and build trusted client relationships in a fast-paced, growth-focused firm.
