Owns trade surveillance and broader compliance processes for a global options market maker. Responsibilities include reviewing alerts, conducting quality assurance, investigating escalations, recommending STOR filings, maintaining market-abuse controls, managing personal account dealing and KYC processes, executing compliance monitoring, supporting training and regulatory reporting, and improving compliance through automation, technology, and process initiatives.

Lead and own the global financial control environment, month-end close, statutory reporting, and audits. Manage and develop a small finance team, modernise and automate finance workflows using AI and automation tools, oversee core finance operations, and act as deputy to the Group Finance Director.
