The role also manages London office experience activities, food and supply orders, meetings, events, and workplace initiatives. It requires accurate handling of confidential information, coordination across competing priorities, and use of AI-enhanced tools to improve People processes and employee experience.

Lead technical pre-sales activities across UK, European, and African markets. Partner with Account Executives on discovery, solution design, demos, workshops, POVs, POCs, RFPs, and technical proposals. Translate customer challenges into credible AI and data solutions, engage technical and executive stakeholders, address data, privacy, and security questions, and collaborate with Product and Delivery to ensure successful implementation.
