Use a consultative B2B sales approach to onboard partners, introduce banking products, coordinate lending referrals, and own the client journey from introduction through funding. Maintain CRM records, run partner events, provide marketing materials, improve the Accountants Playbook, and collaborate with relationship managers and marketing teams.

Own partner onboarding, client introductions, funding, account usage, CRM pipeline management, events, and partnership materials. Work consultatively with accountants, coordinate lending referrals with Relationship Managers, collaborate with Marketing and other teams, and grow repeat introducer activity while maintaining compliance and strong customer outcomes.
