Run segmented lifecycle and launch campaigns, manage customer advisory board, build feedback loops into product, create dashboards and copy, and work across channels to increase demo requests, feature adoption and net revenue retention.

Provide hands-on legal ownership of commercial contracts and related systems: negotiate complex deals end-to-end, build and refine templates, playbooks and AI triage, supervise AI review, handle vendor, data protection and compliance issues, and escalate high-risk matters to the General Counsel.
