Lead a global engineering team developing and scaling the Affinidi Elements platform. Responsibilities include technical architecture, hands-on coding, complex problem solving, roadmap and delivery ownership, quality and security improvements, performance optimization, and development of cloud-native systems. The manager will mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, collaborate with product and design stakeholders, and foster a diverse, high-performing team culture.

Own the direction and delivery of technical products for Affinidi’s Trust Fabric suite. Partner closely with engineering to define solutions, guide trade-offs, and move concepts into production. Drive outcome-focused iteration, structure ambiguous problems, shape roadmaps, collaborate across design and go-to-market teams, and improve developer workflows, integrations, usability, and product experience.
