Conduct financial crime intelligence and investigations across ClearBank's client base: analyse transactions using complex datasets, develop typologies, support law enforcement, raise reports for compliance, and recommend control improvements to mitigate AML/sanctions risk.

Provide operational support for ClearBank's payments and client activities across UK and EU schemes. Handle client escalations, investigations, settlement queries, reconciliations and compliance with scheme rulebooks and regulations. Collaborate with product partners to prioritise and scope work, ensure quality and security standards, run Agile ceremonies, and manage 24/7 support when needed. Occasionally write and review code.

Manage employee relations processes, provide guidance on performance and disciplinary matters, develop ER policies, monitor trends, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
