Serve as the technical sales partner for engineering-focused customers. Lead technical discovery, customized demos, proofs of concept, pilots, security discussions, and technical evaluations through signed deals. Translate customer workflows into product solutions, answer API and integration questions, collaborate with product and engineering on customer feedback, and coordinate pilot handoffs with forward-deployed engineers.

Own end-to-end customer deployments, including kickoff, data migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, adoption, and change management. Partner with customer engineering teams, sales, product, and software-focused deployment engineers. Define deployment success metrics, diagnose adoption issues, manage get-well plans, support expansion opportunities, and develop implementation playbooks and training materials. Own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Build pipeline among engineering, hardware, aerospace, and defense organizations; manage high-volume opportunities; partner with product and engineering; represent Flow at industry events; and help refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

The Software Engineer will develop AI-powered features for managing requirements in engineering, integrating language models, and maintaining infrastructure. Responsibilities include building workflows and collaborating with product teams to enhance system design processes.
