Responsibilities include developing market strategies, building client and stakeholder relationships, leading bids and framework pursuits, shaping value propositions with technical teams, identifying market opportunities, supporting account development, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires strong energy infrastructure knowledge, commercial leadership, relationship-building, and experience converting major opportunities into sustainable orderbooks.

Lead sustainability work on buildings including embodied and whole-life carbon LCAs, circular economy strategies, decarbonisation plans, and certification support (BREEAM, HQM, WELL, LEED). Run workshops, analyse project data, prepare technical reports, develop internal tools, mentor junior staff, and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Perform noise and vibration surveys, carry out calculations and assessments, prepare technical reports and proposals, support mitigation and monitoring for infrastructure, rail, energy, data centres and residential projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
