Responsible for leading Telesat’s engagement with regulators in the Middle East/Africa to obtain and protect market access and spectrum rights for satellite services. Directly engaging with national regulatory authorities, securing licenses, preparing documentation, negotiating, providing regulatory support, and representing Telesat in regional and international forums.
