Leads Novartis’s enterprise workforce and people strategy for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Develops workforce plans, organization design, talent and career frameworks, governance, succession, capability programs, and external talent pipelines. Partners with senior leaders across global business units, influences without formal authority, and guides responsible human-AI collaboration, transformation, culture, and adoption. Uses analytics and external insights to address critical DSAI capability needs and establish enterprise-wide standards.

Manage the development, launch, scaling, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products. Translate product strategy into roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional delivery, prioritize features, track budgets and resources, and use adoption, performance, and value metrics to guide decisions. The role also requires stakeholder engagement, ethical AI considerations, process improvement, and collaboration with technology teams and external partners through product transition to maintenance.

Provides legal counsel to Novartis’ international business on commercial strategy, brands, market access, launches, partnerships, agreements, disputes, investigations, and enterprise risk. The role partners with global stakeholders, supports compliant decision-making across markets outside the United States, negotiates commercial contracts, and drives legal innovation and operational improvements. Candidates need a law degree, qualification to practice, post-qualification experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a leading law firm, and strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Provides legal counsel for Novartis’ international commercial launch strategy, partnering with therapeutic areas and business functions. Responsibilities include advising on regulatory, commercial, transactional, privacy, digital, and AI matters; drafting and negotiating agreements; managing legal and compliance risks; reviewing promotional and medical materials; supporting launches, alliances, investigations, governance, and capability-building initiatives across global markets.
