The role focuses on agentic AI, retrieval and knowledge systems, simulation, digital twins, MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, lifecycle management, interoperability, scalability, and maintainability. It translates project solutions and learnings into reusable capabilities, guides senior technical teams, promotes technical consistency, and partners with reliability, product, governance, and technology leaders to evolve Novartis’s AI capability base.
