The Machine Learning Performance Engineer will enhance performance for training and inference platforms, work on optimising compilers, and design hardware architectures for AI models.

Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and commercial management for technology products and services (hardware, software, cloud, market data, networks, datacentre). Run RFIs/RFPs, evaluate vendors, manage contracts, support complex infrastructure projects (GPU/compute/storage/network), oversee supplier relationships, lifecycle and spend management, and improve procurement processes and governance while working closely with engineering, security, legal, finance and business stakeholders.
