Own end-to-end product discovery, shaping, proposal, and delivery for Perlego’s Platform Experience squad. Analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence, identify opportunities, define bets tied to squad KPIs, brief engineers and designers, engage stakeholders, conduct user research, prioritize trade-offs, and oversee delivery. The role focuses on search, recommendations, AI tools for students, digital bookshelves, and mobile eReader experiences.

Ensure availability, reliability and scalability of AWS-based services. Manage IaC, CI/CD for containerised and serverless apps, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch, respond to incidents, drive cost optimisation and platform improvements.
