Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile: research, wireframes, interactive Figma prototypes, and developer handoffs. Contribute to and use the design system, collaborate with PMs, engineers and CX, run usability tests, track metrics, and iterate to improve user experiences.

Own month-end close and management accounts, ensure ledger integrity in Xero, and handle technical accounting (accruals, prepayments, payroll journals). Build FP&A models, KPI reporting and forecasts. Partner with RevOps and Data to build dashboards, extract and analyse datasets (cohort and attribution), and automate data flows between Stripe, HubSpot and Xero. Drive process improvements and translate financial insights for senior leadership.

Ensure availability, reliability and scalability of AWS-based services. Manage IaC, CI/CD for containerised and serverless apps, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch, respond to incidents, drive cost optimisation and platform improvements.
