Analyze performance marketing and user acquisition data to drive campaign, product, and LiveOps decisions. Own LTV and ROI modeling, reporting, dashboards, experimentation, and marketing analytics processes. Partner with Growth, Marketing, BI, Product, and Game Analytics teams to evaluate acquisition quality, retention, monetization, and in-game behavior. Investigate media mix modeling, SKAN, incrementality testing, and predictive modeling methods, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with game teams to enable data-driven decisions by analysing user behaviour (churn, conversion, LTV), estimating feature impact, running A/B tests and CRM/retargeting analyses. Build statistical models to predict user activity and automate analyses, work with marketing to optimise campaigns, and consult with other analysts to identify cross-game analytical opportunities.

Lead the UI team to design and deliver high-quality, consistent UI for mobile free-to-play games. Own style guides and design systems in Figma/Unity, create assets, mentor the team, coordinate with UX, Art Direction, Design and engineering, and manage planning, scheduling and cross-team communication to ensure performant, polished UI implementations.

Create high-quality static and video marketing creatives for social/UA, iterate on ads to optimise performance, research trends, and collaborate with game dev and marketing teams to deliver campaign assets.
