The Account Manager will maintain relationships with restaurants, drive performance, negotiate contracts, and work with various teams to enhance growth and efficiency for Deliveroo in Greater London.

Manage and grow relationships with restaurant partners across the Commuter Belt South region. Use data to optimise partners' online performance, negotiate and renew contracts, resolve operational issues with internal teams, and act as Deliveroo's local market expert through regular face-to-face and remote consultations.

Lead execution and scaling of global compensation frameworks, manage compensation review cycles, perform multi-region market pricing and benchmarking, support salary and equity/LTI programs, audit and improve compensation data and tooling, and partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent total rewards delivery.

Lead and grow a team of data scientists focused on merchant acquisition, onboarding, order management, retention and self-serve tools. Define analytical direction, prioritise high-impact problems, drive experimentation, causal inference and applied ML work, partner with Product/Engineering/Commercial stakeholders, and translate analyses into product, operational and commercial decisions.

Own end-to-end execution and strategic design of partner lifecycle and ad-hoc email/WhatsApp campaigns. Build SQL audiences, AMPscript/Liquid personalisation and HTML templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Track campaign performance, iterate on segmentation, messaging and cadence, and partner with Commercial, Content and Data stakeholders.

Design, build and maintain clean, tested analytics datasets and SQL transformations for Snowflake/MPP warehouses; collaborate with product and data science teams; model data for BI consumption; optimise and expand Looker usage and data products for ~1500 users.

Lead EMEA partner onboarding (post-sale to Day 56) and a small team to define and scale NPX processes, KPIs and playbooks. Drive continuous improvement through data, manage cross-functional change projects, and act as senior escalation and stakeholder partner to improve activation, churn, and menu quality across markets.

Build and operate GenAI production infrastructure for open-weight LLMs and VLMs: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, fine-tuning, autoscaling, backend services, observability, and platform surfaces enabling teams to ship GenAI products.

Build and scale Deliveroo's Android rendering layer for a server-driven UI platform. Design and implement client and backend systems (Kotlin, Golang, Protobuf), lead architecture and code reviews, own large initiatives and migrations, collaborate with iOS/Web/product/design teams, and mentor engineers while driving platform reliability and performance.

Build and operate production GenAI infrastructure for open-weight LLMs and VLMs: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, fine-tuning, autoscaling GPUs, backend services, observability, cost/latency optimization, and platform surfaces (LLM/Agent Gateways, evals, guardrails).
