The Sr. Solution Architect will drive customer success by providing cloud solutions, pre-sales support, technical advisory, and relationship management, ensuring scalability and efficiency in cloud environments.

Drives regional revenue growth by acquiring customers and strategic partners, expanding existing accounts, and managing the full sales cycle. Builds relationships with VARs, MSPs, and direct clients; develops account plans, proposals, and joint go-to-market initiatives; maintains pipeline activity in Salesforce; and identifies AI/GPU infrastructure opportunities. Collaborates with marketing, alliances, solution architects, and business development teams to achieve quotas, improve retention, and grow customer and partner relationships.

Grow Zadara’s business through resellers, distributors, and channel partners across EMEA. Responsibilities include partner onboarding and enablement, channel program development, joint go-to-market activities, target setting, pipeline and forecast management, QBRs, deal progression, sales and technical training, competitive positioning, CRM updates, and participation in partner and customer events. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and solution architecture teams to generate pipeline and revenue.
